Whole garlic cloves roasted low and slow for 14 hours and preserved in oil. Produces a sweet, mellow garlic with a nutty creamy flavour and a so and spreadable texture. Adds a depth of flavour to almost any dish imaginable – soups, pizza, salads, mashed potatoes, sandwiches or whatever your mind can conceive. Also amazing added to homemade mayonnaise, mustard and aioli.
